“Pride's Crossing”
Now ninety years old, Mabel Tidings Bigelow was the first woman to swim the English Channel. As we travel back through the decades of her extraordinary life, we come to realize that both courage and cowardice have equal power to shape our own lives. Funny and poignant, PRIDE'S CROSSING was named Best American Play by the N.Y. Drama Critics Circle when it appeared at Lincoln Center Theater in 1998. The New York Post called it, "A play you will remember and forever cherish."
