Her directing credits include The Baltimore Waltz, Tales of the Lost Formicans, Frankie and Johnny in the Clair du Lune, the King and I, The Mandragola, Wizard of Oz and Two Rooms. She also co-directed the World Premiere of Caryl Churchill’s The After Dinner Joke with Monster (less) actors and Woyzeck by Georg Buchner. Victoria has also worked at the Royal National Theatre in London, The Guthrie, The Cleveland Playhouse, The York Theatre, The Pearl Theatre, The Utah Shakespearean Festival and The American Stage Company. Ms. Pero is a co-founder of The Aegean Theatre Company in NYC, where she conceived and co-directed a new production of Tristan and Isolde by Eric Coble. Her most current projects are developing Sugar Dumpling, a new musical with Cheryl Davis and Chuck Sachs to be premiered in 2001 and an adaptation of Donna Tartt’s best-seller, “The Secret History” for Monster (less)
