Doug Edelson Biography

Doug is excited to be returning to Kelsey having recently been seen as Joe in Early One Evening at the Rainbow Bar and Grille. Doug also appeared at Kelsey in Jeffrey as Jeffrey and as Ed in Torch Song Trilogy both of which were James Tolin Memorial Fund Productions. Doug began acting over 20 years ago. He has studied numerous acting styles from Method to Meisner on both coasts.

After earning a degree in Film Production with a minor in Theater, Doug moved out to Los Angeles where he turned his attention behind the camera working on numerous television and film productions. An East Coast Guy at heart, Doug eventually returned home to begin a career in the corporate jungle nearly ten years ago. Doug is now The Vice President of the Wireless Division for a technology company. Doug is also a founding member of the youth organization, Graffiti Productions, whose mission is to educate, explore and grow through a collaborative Theater experience. Doug lives in Trenton and spends all of his spare time exploring his love of acting either on stage or in front of the camera.
