“Don't Drink The Water” at Curtain Call Players

“Don't Drink The Water”
by Woody Allen

Written in 1967, this early Woody Allen Comedy centers around an American family, the Hollanders, that takes refuge in an American Embassy in a country that lies somewhere behind the iron curtain. Between the hair-brained son of the Ambassador and the scared priest, the Hollanders have very little hope of returning home to Newark.

In light of the recent tragic events, the cast & crew of Don't Drink The Water, as well as the board of Curtain Call Players, has decided that the content of this play is inappropriate at this time. Therefore, we are canceling all performances. Our thoughts and prayers go out the families and friends whose lives will be forever marked by these horrific events in New York, Washington D.C., and Pennsylvania.

God Bless those whose lives have been lost.

God Bless America.
