Sophie Dobson Biography

Ms. Dobson has trained with the Experimental Acting program of New York University's School of Theatre and is currently studying theater production at County College of Morris. She joined TAT/RST as a member of the Intern Company in the revival of CHARLOTTE'S WEB. She was a featured player in the following season's STUART LITTLE, and joined the Professional Company in a moving portrayal as Laura Wingfield in THE GLASS MENAGERIE. Before joining TAT this season, Ms. Dobson appeared in the CCM Theatre production of MACBETH. She was featured in ANYTHING GOES, and portrayed Olivia in TWELFTH NIGHT. Ms. Dobson directed and acted in the WALLKILL VALLEY PLAYWRIGHTS FESTIVAL for several seasons. She is a graduate of Wallkill Valley Regional High School, and is a lifetime member of The International Thespian Society.
